Managed a team of consultants in BC and California for the design of a 48,000 sqft Cannabis Production Facility, incorporating a fully integrated system with “pods” of self-contained units to maximize harvest times.

Oversaw planning and scheduling, city meetings, and compliance with the private labelled brand team of X hotels. Recommended and instituted a steel-frame and mass timber podium floor construction technique to reduce construction time and financial risk for the owner.

This four-bedroom passive house was designed and manufactured using pre-fab panels for the exterior wall and roof system, and 2x8 T&G kiln-dried douglas fir floors. The structural components of the house are Structural Douglas Fir timbers.

We designed and built three separate buildings consisting of 9 townhomes using a pre-fab wall roof and floor system fabricated offsite by Pacific Homes and shipped to the site. This greatly reduced the impact on the natural rock bluffs in which the homes nestled.
