Coordinated and built 12 units in phase 1 of the development. initial design through to occupancy.

Created tenders, and reviewed bids, contracts, material purchasing, scheduling, building code compliance, and quality control. Also coordinated inspections with professionals and move-ins for all purchasers.

Implementation of “Heavy Job” software for project scheduling, billings, receivables, signoffs and progress draws. Started the sales campaign, a fascinating way to understand marketing and sales.

Worked alongside owner and consultants to pass the multiphase subdivision through various departments at the City including Environmental and Geotechnical as these were massive studies.
