Worked with two landowners on a joint venture to redevelop the subject properties into a six-story 37-unit multi-family building. Managed consultants and city submittals for the proposed building. Currently in Rezoning with the City of Vancouver.

The site is comprised of two attached residential lots and has a total site area of approximately 13,261 sqft with a proposed buildable of 33,152 sqft.

The building is designed to Passive House standards with the main structure being a hybrid steel/mass timber.

Located in the Cambie Corridor Plan creating a walkable, mixed-use urban center with integrated small-scale commercial spaces and services and a diverse mix of housing types and tenures.
