Led the successful redesign of a 10-unit townhouse project to achieve full compliance with the CNV building code for a Passive House Pilot project including reducing costs of $85k per unit by using alternative building techniques, reduced parking requirements, and expedited permit process for foundation design by collaboration with various consultants. Managed tendering, and CCDC contracts and secured all required permits, assisted with hiring site superintendent, the project is now under construction.
