Managed consultants and city submittals for the proposed consolidation and rezoning of the subject two properties into 18 stacked townhomes. Total site area of 15,156 sqft with a potential buildable of 18,187 sqft.

 

Located in the Cambie Corridor Plan we were able to quickly assemble a team of professionals to oversee; Architectural, Structural, Civil, Rain Water Retention, Fire Flow Calculations, and Mechanical for submittal of rezoning to the city for higher density. 

The project is designed to be Step 4 of the Vancouver Building Code. The design is for pre-fabricated panels for the floor and roof system for ease of construction on a tight city streetscape and deliverability speed as these will be market-ready pre-sold units.
