Private residence on Vancouver Island
This four-bedroom passive house was designed and manufactured using pre-fab panels for the exterior wall and roof system, and 2x8 T&G kiln dried douglas fir floors. The structural components of the house are Structural Douglas Fir timbers.
Oversaw administration of prime contract and subcontracts; including negotiation and awarding of subcontracts for scopes of work. Review of Architectural and Structural Engineering Drawings including CNC production and established production, shipping and construction schedules for all manufacturing departments. Planning and scheduling activities during the construction phase in conjunction with the owners and project team.
